- Material requirements. Specific raw material extra test, additional to standard requirements to assure the durability of material under the severe working conditions.
- Space and weight limitations: valves volume may be an issue due to the space and weight limitations in the platforms.
- Painting Complex painting procedures and tests to painted valves to guarantee the quality of the same to withstand the tough conditions of the offshore environment, including the splash area of the platforms.
- Easy maintenance. High cost of maintenance: valves are desired to be free or easy maintenance.
- Safety. Safety is always a must in the platforms and therefore, valves must be totally reliable to guarantee good performance and avoid any risk during operation.
- Fast track. Offshore markets demand sometimes fast track valves and manufacturers must be ready to produce and deliver valves in extremely short lead time.
- Material requirements Ringo supplies raw material with all possible extra test specified by customers, even certified by international recognized third party agency when required. For instance, Ringo is familiar to produce valves in full accordance with Norsok specifications even, with materials supplied only by Norsok approved suppliers according to M-630.
- Space and weight limitations Ringo is able to make engineered solutions to reduce valves of standard valves to fulfill specific. Double block and bleed valves are a typical solution for this issue, also manufacturing valves in Titanium is another available
- Painting. Ringo offers all type of painting procedures to match the typical offshore specifications: procedures are submitted to customer for approval, including all the painting tests such as ………, Ringo has a Frosio Level 3 qualified inspector
- Easy maintenance. Ringo valves are designed to simplify the maintenance operations as much as possible. When maintenance has to be done, Ringo Válvulas can offer some designs where it can be done easily and allowing replacement of any part of the valve without disassembling it from the pipe. Within our portfolio, it can be found this type of easy maintenance valves such as top entry ball valves, in-line service ball valves and control valves, where our cage guided design has neither screwed not welded trim parts and therefore parts replacement is extremely quick and easy.
- Safety. Ringo Válvulas designs are always focus on integrity and safety during valves performance. Additionally, Ringo tests 100% of the valves and have the possibility of carrying out all type of test as demanded by specifications, like high pressure gas test, for instance.
- Fast track. Ringo Válvulas is a very flexible company and this is one of its main add values to customer, since it allows to produce valves in very short deliveries to satisfy the required short deliveries of valves.
